One Child International
was launched in 2006 as a means of sharing child abuse
investigation resources
and information
with the 77,000 Guardian ad Litem (GAL) and Court Appointed Special
Advocates (CASA) volunteers and staff in the U.S.. This expanded rapidly to include
providing child abuse prevention and protection information to professionals
working with children, and the public.

Our founder and CEO, Evin Daly, had a 22-year career in advertising and emerging technology marketing in
Dublin, New York, London and South Florida. He retired from business in
2003 to concentrate on philanthropic projects, specifically those
involving child
protection and issues of domestic violence.
Mr. Daly is a Behavior Analyst of violent
and criminal behavior(s) with emphasis on the victimization of women and
children.
Mr. Daly has worked extensively with victims, families and perpetrators
of child abuse and domestic violence. In addition to his work with One
Child International, Mr. Daly is a volunteer Guardian ad Litem with the
11th Judicial Circuit in Miami where he represents abused, neglected and
abandoned children in court.
